You will need to send us: 

1. The malfunctioning/damaged OEM CAS module

2. One Key FOB (blade key not required)

SHIPPING TERMS

Item will be shipped to the address filed on eBay unless customer provides a different address.Please allow 1-2 days of repair before the item is shipped back. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping the items to us and we will ship it back for free. Item will be shipped back by USPS priority mail.  Any express overnight shipping or other form of shipping services is covered by the customer. For a faster service, we ask our customers provide us tracking number once they have mailed the item to us. We will also provide tracking number once the item has been shipped back to the customer.
