• All rugs are guaranteed as to their origin and authenticity.
• This rug is an antique rug. The condition may not be perfect as in a new rug. Buyers of antique rugs choose them for their individuality of design, dyes and craftsmanship. These rugs hold or increase in value and are often resold as the owners design needs change. As such, they have been well loved and used to some extent in the past. The wear inherent in an old rug does not always affect the rugs appeal or value.
• Please look at the pictures carefully. We   describe the condition , quality and colors of each rug to the best of our ability. As collectors of old rugs we may overlook or forgive flaws in these rugs that may be unacceptable to you. Please email us with your questions on condition prior to bidding 
• Because ebay is an auction venue, I have a policy that any rug purchased from one of my sales may be exchanged for full credit towards any of the other 1000 rugs I have in stock on my websites, or may be returned for the full purchase price, less the shipping charges, if after a three day approval period you are not totally pleased with your selection. Please view our 'about me ' page to see other selections that are available on our sites.
• All payments must be received within 5 days after closing date of the auction.
• All items are shipped insured. Insurance is included in the shipping price quoted. Shipping costs as stated above are for mainland USA. International Buyers Please Note: We will be happy to quote a price for overseas shipments if you email us. Import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Payment

• If the State you live in has voted to implement a Sales Tax on Internet sales, Ebay will automatically invoice, collect and remit the Sales tax to your State.
