This is a 4 track tape recorder for the blind.  Features many controls to change pitch, speed, tone, volume.  Allows you to record onto single left or right channels of a standard tape, increasing the amount of storage to parts of entire books.  This particular unit is well used but  functional.  The only issues are that the volume slider is scratchy and the battery is not holding a charge anymore.  The volume slider is a pretty quick fix.  It probably just needs a cleaning.
