NBA Action Sega Sports (Sega Saturn, 1996) Authentic Disc & Case Tested

Tested works great. Includes disc and case. No manual included. Disc is in good condition but it does have rental stickers on it. Some circle scratching on disc. Doesn’t affect play. The case has one broken hinge and a crack in the front cover. Please refer to pictures.
