JEANNE JEWELRY HISTORY

American jeweler Mark Dottenheim founded his jewelry company in 1919. Labeled Jeanne copyright C. His line includes classic bow pins, maltese crosses, figurines of animals, insects, and plants. Most of his items are well preserved. He made his jewelry from metal alloy with gold plating, enamel, rhinestones, faux pearls, and crystals. After Mark the founder’s death in 1960 in New York the company ceased to exist.
