This is a vintage 1950s era Impko "Top Hat" waterslide decal. These were found at a sporting goods store that had closed down in the early 1990s. These come with instructions on the back of the sleeve. These look great for their age. Please view pictures carefully for details and ask any questions prior to purchase. These are sold as-is.
