SHIPPING
Most orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. In the event of a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified or your order will ship the next day. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and will have a tracking number provided once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
PAYMENT

If they don't pay within 2 days, the seller can open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center. RETURNS
Items shipped from Random and BEYOND can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. You will be liable for all return costs unless the item is defective. Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as when received unless otherwise noted to avoid any restocking fees. Once we've received the item back in our possession a refund will be initiated, usually within 2 business days. You will receive a follow-up e-mail letting you know the process is complete and your original payment method has been refunded.
