Each doll is pale white and featureless with deep black empty eye sockets, giving it a horror/gothic appearance.

Accessories include a single apple with several pins which you stab into the Apple to be then be placed into the upturned palm of the doll.

This doll also comes with a mask in traditional Japanese style.
