Includes the 2 desirable fold out maps of Hammersmith and the Railways. A History of the Middlesex village, written just as London was expanding towards it. The final image, not given a page number in the contents list, is of the railway that was to so fundamentally alter the shape of both village and city.

CONDITION: Good. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase. Virtually all antiquarian maps and prints are subject to some normal ageing due to use and time which is not significant unless otherwise stated. Clean and complete.  Binding firm. Old owners label on inside cover.  Fold out maps are complete but have some small old repairs on folds.
