An amazing original 1940s WW2 era German black leather (1.8kg) motorcycle? Luftwaffe? jacket with padded shoulders, grommet Elite zip & pocket Zipp zippers, adjustable waist buckles & shadow plaid flannel lining.
It is in nice vintage condition with lovely supple but tough leather with signs of general wear giving it a quality lightly distressed patina. The leather has a few scuffs and there are a few areas where a previous owner has carried out some crude stitch repairs. Further repairs might be required as there is a tear in the leather on the seam of one of the pockets, as well as a few small cuts to the corners of the pockets and hem. There are also a couple of areas of missing seam stitching. The zips all work fine but the left cuff zip is a replacement and the main zip pull is half missing. Although the other zips all work fine. The lining is mostly ok but there are some areas of light damage, including inside the cuffs. It is completely wearable as is but with a little work it will be great! There are no labels or size tags but measurements and fit indicate a 38" chest. Please follow the measurements to ensure the right fit, they are in inches with the jacket laid flat.
