RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If buyers feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, They are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on the buyers we will not pay the return P&P.

All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and be free from wear and tear. Our return department has the right to refuse the refund if the goods are found used.

For the returned items we have already incurred postage costs to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of the sales price will be made before the refund.

NOT CALLED FOR & RETURNED PARCELS

For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as not called for because of wrong address, Or no one was home Or the buyer was unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. In such case, we will only refund the price of the Product, not the postage cost as we have already paid that for delivery.
