These YSL bags are simply epic! You could stride down the streets of Paris or schlepp a bunch of stuff to the gym with this bag and still look put together. Very.

This Rive Gauche bag is in perfect shape, inside and out.  No dings, damage, repairs. The dark brown skins are flawless, the edges are impeccable, the stitching is nice and tight. 

The brown suede interior is flawless, and features a zippered pocket and an open pocket.

Antiqued brass hardware is perfect: no flaking, silvering, or damage. Very heavy-duty zipper closes everything up nice and tight. Hallmarked lock, hallmarked rivets, hallmarked zipper pulls. FIVE brass feet! (Thank you, YSL!) Underneath the Yves Saint Laurent/Made in France leather "tag" inside is a serial number, a long series of embossed numbers, which I tried with limited success to photograph. An extra set of hands would have been nice!

15.5" wide, 13" tall, 5.25" deep, and the strap drop is 19". 

These YSL ostrich bags—both the Rive Gauche and Muse models—are tough as nails, exceptional quality—real standouts. I'm very impressed, and I'm not a woman who is easily impressed!
