Very nice solid antique shape. Shows normal wear and age. Metal has a nice patina and some original paint (though not very much). Hand crank turns freely and blade moves without resistance. Folds over for storage. Wood base and handle are both solid. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition and completeness. Base measures 13x9" and handle protrudes an addition 5" when not folded up making it roughly 14" wide.
