APPLICATION

Please make sure the surface is clean from dust and oil before applying the graphics/stickers. An IMPORTANT step is after you use any detergents to clean the surface, you have to rinse well with water and soap, no chemicals, as some of them leave a thin film, which prevents the stickers to stick!

 

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING (Read this first)

 

- We pack the sticker kits in plastic bags and wheel decals with carton sheets and send in an envelope with a stamp “DO NOT BEND” on it. If you receive a bent or destroyed by post envelope, please contact us, we will resend it or refund your purchase price.

 

- We don't sell made to order items. We have all products in stock so we post on the same or the next working day. We send the orders from EUROPE. We are using Priority Post, in normal conditions shipping is fast – around 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-4 weeks to Rest of World.

 

However this is international post, sometimes shipping is delayed because of some postal issues like bad weather, pandemics, strikes, long holidays, busy periods, stupid and careless post employees etc. Most of our customers receive their orders fast

 

There are some days which they mess up something so most of packages from this day are delayed or lost, so in that case please be patient, contact us but don’t hurry to open a case or leave a bad review! Please allow 7-10 more days, after that we can resend or refund your order. Do not ask for refunds 1 day after estimate period! If you cannot wait and want your item fast, please buy elsewhere!
