Please measure yourself carefully with a measuring tape to avoid any disappointment. The size you choose from DROP-DOWN will be the Actual Size of the Garment so make sure you allow 4" loosing for comfortable fit and movement.

 

FOR EXAMPLE:

If your tape measure shows 40" on your chest, then order the 44" garment chest size.
