Brand new, never removed from box which is sealed. The sound was working at the time of the listing. Box is a little damaged in corners. The top right hand side has the plastic slightly coming away from the cardboard backer. There are 2 brown paint flecks on the plastic window near Lois' head (check out the close up pic).
