In terms of humidification for cigar humidors, and specialties in the highest range, CREDO has recommended since many years the regulation of humidity to recreate the humid climate of the cigar's production area. The CREDO Précision 70 humidifier creates in your humidor a constant Relative Humidity of 70%.
The secret of its originality lies in a physics-chemical solution. The principle is based on the creation of a mélange of water and tension-active substances which limits the potential of the evaporation of the water itself. The humidity of the air is a function of the composition of this mélange. Therefore, the manufacturer can control the Relative Humidity of the ambient atmosphere inside any humidor.

Credo humidifiers are delivered ready for use and need only have distilled water added. A Credo Special Care Solution is available to ensure the periodic and proper maintenance of their humidifiers. The Credo line of products also includes digital and analog hygrometers, cigar cutters, and travel humidors.
Credo Onyx Cigar Humidifier (Black), for humidors that hold from 50 to 100 cigars, designed to maintain 70% humidity. For slightly larger humidors, 2 or more Onyx humidifiers may be used. All Credo Humidifiers use oasis foam and a propylene glycol solution to release or absorb moisture and maintain the proper 70% humidity. Credo humidifiers are delivered ready for use and need only have distilled water added. A Credo Special Care Solution is available to ensure the periodic and proper maintenance of their humidifiers. Refill approximately every 3 weeks exclusively with distilled water. On the sixth month, recharge by adding only the Credo Special Solution. The following month, go back to adding only distilled water. All Credo humidifiers attach with magnetic rust-proof elements.
