Gold Yarrow (Achillea Filipendulina Parker) also known as Yellow Yarrow or Parker Yarrow is an upright, clump-forming perennial. 

The long-lasting golden flowers grow in dense, flattened clusters that can measure up to 4 inches across. They are blooming starting early summer until frost. 

Deadheading spent Gold Yarrow flowers will promote new blooms and keep the plant compact.

Yarrow makes excellent cut flowers. They also dry well for crafts and dried flower arrangement.

You can also start seed outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and is warm enough; the night time temperatures staying in the upper 40's or warmer.
