We accept payment through eBay and PayPal only, the quickest and safest payment method.

We do not accept any other payment methods, e.g. Cheques, Postal orders.

To allow for the purchase of multiple items from our eBay Outlet, and to benefit from the flat rate postage charges, we allow 3 days for you to pay through the PayPal checkout for your item(s).

You can combine up to 6 items per order. Simply add all the items you wish to purchase into your eBay basket, and then go through to make a simple payment. Please note: Items are not reserved in your eBay basket, and payment must be made to secure them. If you 'Buy It Now' on individual items, you will be charged postage for each order, so by using the eBay basket we are able to combine orders.

Postage:

• We offer free shipping for UK customer and economical for international customer.
• Please add your orders in the basket and pay together and combine postage discount will be deducted automatically but in case discount hasn't been applied please contact us and will reimburse you.

Estimated Dispatched & Delivery Time:

• Items are dispatched within one working day of receiving cleared payment.
• If ordered before the daily cut-off time (9 am), the item will be prepared and dispatched the same day.
• Estimated delivery dates include seller's dispatch time, and will depend on postal service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods
• Standard delivery time for UK customer is between 1 to 3 days but it can take up to 5 days
• Standard delivery time for EU customer is between 5 to 10 days but it can take up to 21 days
• Standard delivery time for international non-EU countries is between 5 to 15 days but it can take up to 28 days.

In case orders are not received within the estimated delivery time please contact us and we will follow it up for you.

• By default, we will ship your order to the address you provided when order, if you wish for your order to be despatched to an alternative address, please change your address when checking out. We despatch orders placed by 9 am the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are sent the next working day.
• Need this item in a hurry?
  We can send out item via Special Delivery so that you receive your purchase Next Day Guaranteed. Please order before  9 am and select Special Delivery Option. Next-Day is only guaranteed for UK Mainland and not Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Highlands.

• In the event of non-receipt of your item, before contacting us, it would be advisable to check with your local post office delivery centre as the package may have been taken there.

We at FC FASHION are sure you will be completely satisfied with your product. If this is not the case and you want to return for an exchange we suggest you buy again from our shop for a quick process and return the other one for a refund you can do so by returning the product(s) to us within 30 days of receiving it by messaging us. The item must be in its original, unworn re-salable condition. The item being returned should be with its original packaging box/tags/polybag etc. (whichever applies).

When returning you should return with your full details, name, address, sale record number and or order number to the following address:

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT INCLUDING YOUR INFORMATION WITHIN THE PARCEL. Once we receive your item back for a refund the process will take around 2 to 5 working days from the day we receive to be refunded. If you are planning to purchase another size/colour/style you can still do so and we will refund once the item has been returned.
Unfortunately, no delivery charges are refundable unless the goods are faulty or if there were a mistake on our behalf.

Although all of our products are very well made and of very high quality we do not accept any returns for the loss of any diamante stones during wear. If you have any problem with this policy then please make sure you consider this before purchasing. If you need or want a different size/colour/style the easiest way to do so is to purchase the new item you wish on our site. Then you can be assured that we have your request and it will be on its way to you quickly. You can then return the original or unwanted pair back to us for a refund. Including all the relevant information inside the box.
