Shipping

98% of parcels are shipped either same or next business day (Mon-Fri).  If we have any problems with addresses, or contact information this may result in a delay.

We are closed on all bank holidays, over the Easter weekend and the Christmas period which will result in a delay of dispatching at these times, please contact us to confirm shipping information should you require an order in these periods.

Warranty

Most of our items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 12 or 24 months.  All reconditioned equipment is covered by the Digitall Comms Limited warranty of 3 months.  If you are unsure what will be covered in your order and for how long please contact us prior to purchase we will be happy to advise you on this.
