NEW INFO RECEIVED: This cartoon is not a Bosko, but a Cubby Bear, which Harman and Ising produced for Van Beuren Corporation. They completed two Cubbys, "Cubby's World Flight" and "The Gay Gaucho". They started a third, "Mischievous Mice", but didn't complete it. The print you have is a nitrate workprint, the sound track for the cartoon was never completed.
