Stunning pair of custom made (2014) Leather jeans styled on Levi’s 501 denim made in France in the 1980’s

These leathers were custom made by my leather Taylor, single panel front and back legs. I provided the Taylor a pair of genuine Levi’s 501 denim manufactured in France in the 1980’s as the pattern.

These French jeans were unique in that the side seams were squed to create wrap around finish. The back pockets were of a small size the look then! The rise is semi low. The hem of the leg was wide to create a very special unique 501 look in the 1980’s.

The leather used in the making of these special jeans is a butter soft hide with a a matted shiny finish. The butt seat is so soft. The jeans are well broken in now plenty of good wear for the next owner of these special leather 501’s

The lining in the jeans has been cut down to the seat. Seams inside leg are glued to highlight the joint creases

The Jeans are part of my wardrobe, well kept I had them made many years ago. You could classify them as vintage. They are a fine one off for sure 💥

These jeans are fresh and clean as they are washed occasionally and treated with leather conditioner to restore oil and keep leather soft.

You will not find a pair of these fine jeans anywhere.
