This is a blue glass dresser or trinket box with a cherry design on the lid.  It measures 4.75 x 3.25 x 1.5 inches.  It has one tiny chip on the inside edge of the bottom piece.  It has a small rust colored dot on the inside bottom of the box.  Otherwise, it's in good condition.  Please see pictures.
