The eyelids flutter, the eyes themselves have a particular sparkle, the arms move slightly, the textiles look authentic.   The black shoes come off.

If the eyes don't open immediately, the doll needs a sharp tap to head.  Then the doll looks hyper alert, and the eyelids are very fluttery.

Due to the red cape, this doll could pass for Little Red Riding Hood in a game!

I think this doll would be from the 1960s.
