The plaque still has it's original tag and was never used. 

The easel, is in it's original plastic slips and never used. 

Also, the green velvet bag, was never used. 

The box has some gentle wear; but the interior contents of the plaque, green velvet storage bag and plastic easel - are in excellent condition.
