This auction is for a Beautiful 2001 Leaf Certified ANDRUW JONES Career Fabric of the Game - Game used jersey card #FG-59 and numbered only 247/272.  The back of the card shows a picture of the actual jersey in which the swatch was cut.  

The card was graded an overall Near Mint+ 7.5 by CSG (Certified Sports Guaranty).
