This auction is for a Beautiful 2001 Leaf Certified RAFAEL PALMEIRO Career Fabric of the Game - Game used jersey card #FG-65 and numbered only 141/296.  The back of the card shows a picture of the actual jersey in which the swatch was cut.  

The card was graded an overall NM/Mint+ 8.5 by CSG (Certified Sports Guaranty).
