Structo Turbine, Van and others: Whitewall tire.  10.00 - 20 on sidewall.  Nice clean sidewall and whitewall.    Tire has nice sharp and clean block tread.   Plated hubcap shows some patina.  Tires 2 1/8" diameter.  Note the tractor trailer used this smaller size while the straight trucks used a larger diameter.
