From looking at this watch, I'd call it brand new. It has the original case and papers.  

Please see photos and ask questions.  I would assume it needs a new battery; I'm not tested it.  

NOTE:  The leather band has gotten sticky over time as is stuck to the plastic display.  We'll want to replace the band if you want to wear this watch; nice all original collectable display as is.
