Precautions:   

  • lt is forbidden to start without the cleaning liquid in the tank,which may cause damage to the machine
  • It is forbidden to start the machine before adding water
  • lt is forbidden to hit the bottom of the cleaning tank with heavy objects, causing damage to the water
  • It is strictiy forbidden to use alcohol,gasoline or any flammabie gas as a solution adding to the washing machine
  • lt is strictly forbidden to work near heat sources and in humid environments

Routine Maintenance:   

  • The cleaning machine should add enough cleaning liquid(more than 1/3 of the container)during using
  • Do not place the work-piece on the bottom of the cleaning tank during cleaning, please use professional cleaning basket(free included in the package)
  • Regularly blow off dust on the electrical control part with high-pressure wind
  • Regularly clean the cleaning tank to keep the cleaning tank clean
  • In order to extend the life of the machine, please stop using the machine for a while after 30 minutes working

Operation Guide:   

  • Step 1: Add the right amount of cleaning solution in the cleaning tank
  • Step 2: Connect the power plug correctly(back of the machine), please make sure the machine power is reliably grounded, the digital display light is on at this time
  • Step 3: Press"TIME"to set the time and press"ON/OFFbutton, L1 light is on at this time and the machine performs ultrasonicwork until the countdown ends

Return
Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel at that stage and the below policy will apply.

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day of delivery.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.

Faulty Items:

On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.

If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects.

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.
