Payment
1. Paypal is the only accepted paying method in our store.
2. Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Custom fee and Duty for importation if there are any. Because, our prices are unable to include above fees, as the custom policies are different in every territories. But, we'd like to assist you to receive the goods smoothly if there are anything we can do here.
Shipping
1. We would ship out the product within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment.
2. Sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier
company and local customs/duties. If you do not receive your item on
time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
3. Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please
check with your country customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
4. DHL
can not reach to few remote areas in your country, if you choose Express
and living remote areas. You should pay the additional shipping charge.
If your area belongs to remote areas, the parcel can't reach, or you
need to pay more freight, our customer service will contact you.
5. The
item will be sent to your address listed in the Ebay. Please verify
your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses.
Return
1. If you are dissatisfied with our items, please contact us for
return address within 30 days upon receipt of the delivery. The item
must be returned with the original package for refund or exchange.
Before you return, please check twice to confirm the problems and
contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed
problem or send us some pictures for confirmation.
2. If you
receive an item that is damaged, please feel free to contact and send
some pictures to us immediately and we will provide a replacement or
refund or offer other reasonable solutions.
