This kit includes the travel case, roller heater, all eight (8) rollers, and bag of hair clips (unopened). It also includes an inner plastic sleeve that covers the inner contents of the case. 

Please note: the travel case has some wrinkling and a small brown mark (please see listing photographs). The inner plastic sleeve has a small bend and crack (please see listing photographs).
