A classic frosted cut-to-clear scalloped 1-3/4" fitter shade marked Made in Czecho - Slovakia which dates it to pre-1993. The interior of the fitter measures 1-1/2" and the overall length is 4-1/2". There are a couple small anomalies in the frosted areas, detailed in photos. There is also some very minor wear to the fitter; this item seems to have been barely used.
