VTG Case Dress Silver & Gold Row-Crop Tractor Belt Buckle

This is new in the original packaging. The tractor is raised giving it a 3D effect.  The buckle has a rope of gold around the edge with a strip of silver cut to give it a shimmering look.  It measures 3.75" across & 3" tall.  It is a is stamped W USA on the back and a sticker with black writing I cannot read..
