Inscribed, then SIGNED by Buzz Cason on the title page. If you are not very familiar with him and his work/influence in the early rock era of the late 1950s/60s, please read his Wikipedia article. Not thorough, but better than nothing. He also has his own website (buzzcason.com) but it has not been updated since 2020 since I last checked. As his career progressed, he later worked with many stars of rock and country (Brenda Lee wrote the excellent Forward to this book). He also worked as a songwriter, music producer, and toured with many notable artists. He writes about all this, and put wonderful photos in the book. 

The book is hardcover, stated First Edition and has the "1" in the number line. It has 227 pages with 14 chapters, 2 indexes (a discography and a list of career highlights), 82 B&W photos, and an name index. Laid in the book is a very scarce bookmark made just for this book. I've not seen but a few as most of them were thrown away by the first owners. Both the book and the DJ are in Like New condition and will be carefully packaged to insure safe shipping
