Description:  This cup and saucer were made by Burgess & Leigh in England.  Adorned with a decorative blue & white transferware pattern called "Pictorial Britain" which includes teapots, plates, pitchers, casseroles in a Blue Willow pattern.

Maker Mark:  
  • Printed in blue on base of cup/saucer.  
  • Has an illustrated landscape scene  
  • Reads:  PICTORIAL BRITAIN... BURGESS & LEIGH... STOKE-ON-TRENT... ENGLAND   

Size:  Measures approx. Cup 2-1/2" Tall x 3-5/8" Diameter; Saucer 5-3/4" Diameter

Condition:  Pre-Owned.  In Excellent condition.  No chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, stains or utensil marks. No manufacturer flaws can be seen. This set has been wiped off with mild cleaner.
