X-Men 2: The Movie CYCLOPS Optic Blast (NO Light) 6.5" ToyBiz  Figure 2003

Ok condition - joints are good, with the exception of one elbow joint that looks like it is coming out of its socket, but is still firmly attached. Figure does show signs of use/ play, such as marks & paint wear (you can see some wear on his nose & there is mild rust to the back screw). PLEASE NOTE: I do not believe his light-up eyes work and he is missing his eyewear and is without other accessories. Please see pictures
