This buy it now auction is for a colour metal depicting a male and female deity who I think might be representative of the gods Krishna and Rhada.It is a superbly detailed plaque depicting the couple each wearing elaborate headdress.Unfortunately I do not have the expertise to be certain about who the couple are,their origins,their age or composition.

I think it highly likely that it is an old piece possibly antique.There is an extended applied metal handle or arm but this was probably made to enable the plaque to be on a base etc.

I think but again can not be certain that this could be silvered bronze piece.It is certainly heavy and shows yellow metal on the reverse but it could be a silver colour metal

Turning to the condition it is very good,The aforementioned “handle” has been later applied (I think) but condition isvery nice indeed with light minor age wear.
