ELECTRICAL PARTS POLICY

There are NO RETURNS  on Electrical Parts, components or parts that require CODING/PROGRAMMING unless the part is returned in its original unopened packaging. This policy is in place due to if you have an underlying issue with your machine/motorcycle that could burn out the electrical part.

This ad is NOT for the sale of the bushings or the bearings. The condition of the bushings & bearings are NOT warrantied with the part and may need to be replaced. The part is USED and removed from a USED machine.

Please review the listing and if you have any questions, please email us. The parts we sell are USED, so please do not expect a new item, which means they may be old, dirty, have imperfections with scratches and scuffs. The parts come off of running bikes and are in usable condition, unless otherwise stated. What you see in the pictures is what you will get so inspect them carefully. Each part is inspected before it is listed to ensure that what you are purchasing is what you will be receiving. With that said, we are human and sometimes we miss things, so if this does happen, and you are not happy please let us know and we will work with you to fix the problem. Sometimes the part may fit other years or models, it is your responsibility to check before you buy.

EMAILS: We do receive numerous emails through out the day and at times we cannot answer them immediately, so please be patient and we will answer them as fast as we can.

PAYMENT: We only accept PayPal payments and please try to have the funds available at time of purchase.

SHIPPING: We provide our customers with super fast shipping and will upload the tracking number for your order directly to eBay for your convenience. We also do combined shipping when you purchase two or more items. We ship via USPS, UPS, & Fedex. Once it has been shipped, we cannot control the time it will arrive to you, whether it be priority mail or standard/economy mail. eBay shipping time estimates are not always correct. At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states.

Please read the following about our freight:
     1. All products that must be shipped via freight (large and heavy items such as motors etc.) have no additional cost as long as a business address that is deliverable by a freight truck is provided.

     2. No freight shipment will leave our facility until we have verified the address provided meets the proper criteria.

     3. Business address must have a loading dock or a fork lift to unload product from the trailer. The business address must be in a business district.

     4. We do have options to delivery outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. Here is the additional options and fees associated with each option.
          * Private residence - $100 per occurrence.

          * limited Access Locations - $100 per occurrence(schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).

          * Lift Gate Service - $100 per occurrence (if your item is too large and you are shipping to a private residence this may be required to remove the item from he truck).

RETURNS:   We believe in our parts and stand behind them, if you are not satisfied please contact us and we will work out a solution. All parts are USED unless otherwise noted. Buyer is to contact seller before returning an item.
