Warranty

14 Day Cool Off Returns Period Only.

Warranty Period is stated in the item details (unless otherwise stated).

Warranty is provided by Carbon I.T Sales Ltd.

Customer is responsible for carriage for warranty work.

Refurbished Items warranty cover hardware only, warranty does not cover any software issues, file corruption, internet setup etc.

No warranty on batteries on refurbished items.

All batteries are provided as holding charge but as they are not brand new they may not hold charge for as long as a new  battery; We do not except any returns on the basis of ‘my battery doesn’t hold a charge’.

All our items come with unique warranty seal, We only accept items back if the warranty seal is still intact.

Items returned with no warranty seal will not be replaced or repaired.

We reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 10% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in un-sellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

We charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the item final price in the event that items are returned through no fault of our own (failed deliveries which are no longer wanted or purchases made in error etc.)

Carbon I.T Sales Ltd will not accept returns for refund of any item after 14 days. Unless the item is in need of warranty work.
