It has lots of wear and marks. Rest on the hanger on the back. Please see pictures sold as shown. I think it is brass because it is heavy but I am not quite sure. The back seems to be coded in Black? It looks to be vintage, not sure the age. It was found at an estate of a military person.

I'm not sure what it stands for, Or where it is from?
