White VALENTINO Garment bag.  Made of heavy vinyl, it appears to be pretty light tight to me.  This would work if you need to keep a garment from fading on the edges.

Measures 24" x 55"

It can fold in half for travel, and the foot of the bag tucks into the flap at the top.  There is a "V" logo on the upper backside.

Zipper works perfectly.  It is very clean on the inside, no damages.

This has been stored in a folded position for a long time, so there is now some yellowing discoloration from sun along the folds marks.  You can kind of see it in the photos.  You may also have to flatten this out for a bit once you get it.

I can see there has also been a white thread reinforcement up around the hangar opening.  The work is good there, I almost missed it.  You may not see it without reading it here.
