Not working, needs to be taken apart and fixed. Has some fraying on the wires after the sleeve, which may need to be repaired as well. When spinning the black fins it has some magnetic feeling resistance and "bumps" each inch or so like a gameshow wheel until the momentum runs out pretty quickly and bumps to a stop. That's probably an extremely confusing description lol. Id be happy to send over a video if needed
