Brand new in original wrapper is an untouched limited edition snap on gold 3/8th ratchet, released to commemorate the 95th anniversary.

I bought this new myself and have held onto it for many years, and still can’t bring myself to open it, ideal for a collector, I also have a new and unused matching 95th anniversary led inspection lamp in a separate listing.
