Please note before purchasing : 

1. There is only one sim card slot and E-Sim is not supported in this variant.

2. There may be some Korean characters and applications that can be hidden, but this will not affect device performance.

3. Samsung pay is not available but all other payment applications work such as Google Pay. 

4. It comes in a generic box with a cable and sim removal tool.

5. If the return reason is one of above, a portion of the refund may be deducted as a processing fee.

Warranty Policy

1. The device comes with 12 month warranty.

2. You can contact us via eBay message to make a warranty claim, and we will respond sequentially on weekdays.

3. The warranty is not applicable if there are signs of external impact, damage to the exterior, or water damage.

4. If the device has been opened up by a third party, the warranty cannot be applied under any circumstances.

5. Please understand that you must return your device for warranty purposes, and per eBay policy, the warranty will be processed after the returned device is delivered.

6. If it has already been mentioned on the listing details page, it is not considered defective so the warranty may not apply.
