This is a vintage It’s a Wonderful Life Christmas Village House, this one is Bert the policeman’s house and is rare hard to find. This house is from 1997 and is in nice used condition, the box has some wear and tissue paper was inside to protect, it has the cord and is in working condition, there is also a waving Police Officer, he is also vintage but not sure if he goes with the set but was with it when I bought it used.
