Q1: Is this light bulb suitable for my car?

A: We can almost match any vehicle with our light bulbs. As long as it is the same model as your original light bulb, it can be used. If your light bulb model does not appear on our store link, please feel free to consult us before purchasing the product.

Q2: My light bulb is not suitable, flashing or not working:

A: Please check your bulb model, voltage, current (AC or DC), and size before purchasing.

Check the lamp fuse, then check the ballast plug to ensure proper installation. If the light bulb does not work, there may be an inappropriate voltage and current.

Motorcycle current judgment:

AC vehicles require starting in order to turn on the lights

DC electric vehicles are those that can turn on the lights by simply inserting the key.

You may only need a relay or capacitor. Even if some light bulbs have built-in resistors, they may still require a decoder.

Q3: My things haven't arrived yet, why did it take so long?

A: Orders can be shipped within two days after payment. Sometimes the delivery time of logistics is longer than expected, especially when going to remote areas. Please check the package status at the post office with the recipient's valid information or tracking number to see if it has been detained. Out of stock products may also cause a delay in delivery for a few days. Please understand.

Kind reminder: The average delivery time for SeedPAK logistics is around 10-15 days. SeedPAK Economics does not have a final tracking number and will not update the logistics until it arrives at the destination. If your item still hasn't arrived one month later, please let us know so that we can review it and provide assistance. After checking, if the package still hasn't been found, we can process a refund or resend it.
