The Delongi Alu oil filled radiator is made of aluminium with piano style vertical columns. The Alu heats up by using an electrical element immersed in thermodynamic oil. This specially formulated fluid oil is designed to spread the heat evenly across the radiator, which in turn emits the heat into your room through radiation and not relying on convection heating. Oil filled radiators produce heat very quickly and offer immediate comfort. This designer radiator by Delonghi is practical and very user-friendly, ensures the maximum flexibility in terms of use. Can be used for any room in the home the Alu is designed to blend in with home furnishings. The Alu has a slimline flat front just 90 mm deep, wall mounted the Alu projects 116 mm from the wall. This electric radiator is provided with an integrated touch key pad control on the top right hand side, there are many pre-set functions and a weekly or daily programmability that makes its use user-friendly. DELIVERIES

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends. You should expect to receive your goods the next working day depending on the item, certain items may take a few days. Please check product descriptions for more details.

Orders received before 2PM are generally processed the same day. Please note all goods will be delivered within the statutory performance period of 30 days, from the date of payment. However we will aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible.

Please do not organise any trades people until you have received your goods, as we are not liable for their time should a delivery fail.

Our standard delivery is to UK Mainland only. If you belong to any other location, please contact us before placing a bid or making a purchase so we can give you a price for delivery.

Incorrect Orders

You must ensure that the address details supplied while placing an order are correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

Damaged Deliveries

All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packaging materials. However, in the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. We can then supply you with a replacement free of charge. If we are unable to replace for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or a credit to use against

RETURNS
Here at CGS Stores we offer a 14 day return policy.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch or within 14 days of delivery. Notification of cancellation must be in writing, so please send us a message if you wish to cancel. You cannot cancel your order via telephone. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).

If you choose to cancel your order you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us, unless we have delivered the goods to you in error. All items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days of your return request. If you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of collection and you are legally obliged to make them freely available for collection. Returned goods may also incur a re-stocking fee depending on the item.

Once we receive the goods back they will be inspected, if they are in an acceptable condition we will process your refund. Your refund will be done promptly and certainly within 30 days. Your refund will be done according to your method of payment.

PAYMENT
Payment is welcome via PayPal. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, or other methods such as cheque or bank transfer, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
