This is a 2004 Wheels American Thunder Triple Hat #TH14 driver-worn hat card featuring NASCAR driver Casey Mears.  This Wheels certified authentic Triple Hat card features three swatches of hats worn by Casey Mears at Daytona during the 2004 Speedweeks.  The Triple Hat cards were inserted in packs of the 2004 Wheels American Thunder release issue and had a stated print-run of 160 serial numbered sets.   This is the #TH14 card and is serial numbered 134/160.
