From Estee Lauder's Go Pout lipstick line this is # 10 On Fire, which comes in a gold-colored tube ( a pretty shade of rose-bronze.) .
It is new, comes unboxed. (There's a visible nick, from the tube on one side, see pix # 5).
This has been discontinued and is very hard to find, at a reasonable cost.
